How it works
Every workshop is tailored to your business. We don't arrive with a generic curriculum. We learn your operation first, then design the day around your team and your workflows.
Discovery
Before the workshop, we jump on a call to understand your business. What workflows are slowing you down? What tools do you already use? Who is in the room? We design the workshop around this, so the examples and use cases we bring are relevant from the start.
Workshop day
We come to you (or run remotely if needed). The day breaks into four parts: understanding AI properly, learning a framework to identify opportunities, building your first AI solutions together, and capturing everything else your team wants to explore. By the end of the day, your team has working systems and the framework to keep going.
Your team builds on their own
This is not the end. It is the beginning. Your team leaves with the framework we taught them and the confidence to keep building. The systems you built on the day are yours. You own them. You run them.
30-day support
As your team starts experimenting back at their desks, questions will come up. You have 30 days of follow-up support included. We also deliver a use case review report within 48 hours - every opportunity identified on the day, triaged by effort and impact, so leadership knows what to prioritise next.
Workshop details
Duration
Full day (recommended) or half day, depending on team size and scope. We agree the format before you book.
Team size
2-20 people. The people who do the work, not just the people who manage it.
Location
On-site is the default. We come to you. Remote is available if needed.
Tools
We build with the tools that fit your ecosystem - typically Copilot Studio, Claude Co-Work, or similar. If you don't have anything yet, we help you choose. Most important is that your team has access to the tool long-term, not just during the workshop.
